The initial problem was the CD player was under warranty but needed to be ordered from Benz, they told me they would call when it arrived but never reached out to me. Once I inquired they warranty expired a but needed to be ordered from Benz, they told me they would call when it arrived but never reached out to me. Once I inquired they warranty expired and it took forever to get a response that it was the Benz dealership at fault and they CD player was going to be installed as promised. Once this was clear the service was great, just took longer then planned (had a loaner for 3 days so it was OK). More

I took my car in for spark plug service to replace the old. Spent over $700 this is not the issue. The issue I have is that I needed the letter “c” that was missing on the word mactic. I believe, I was charged $50 for the lettering after spending over $700. I am really at a lost for words, because how much does Mercedes actually pay for those letters. Still shaking my head. More
