Was told my car was finished and being washed at that time, we showed up an hour later to pick it up only to wait 30 minutes outside while they were trying to find it. My car was finally found and never washed as I was told it was. Over all mediocre service with a lot of opportunities that I wouldn’t expect from a MB dealership. More

Had a really good experience. First off everyone had on a mask and was following proper procedures which made us feel at ease right away. Samy was my sales guy he was great.
