I brought my vehicle in for aB service. Had previous I brought my vehicle in for a B service. Had previous vehicle serviced here with no issues. I knew service was going to be a few hours so I obtained I brought my vehicle in for a B service. Had previous vehicle serviced here with no issues. I knew service was going to be a few hours so I obtained a loaner. Came back to dealer a short time later, watched some tv and decided to browse the lot. I see my vehicle parked in the back of the garage. I figured it was done and when I inquired I was told that there was some confusion and an A service was completed and they would need to bring it back in to finish. Literally everything that day said I needed a B service. It was done a short time later. Thankfully I inquired because I may have been there the entire day. Overall - Poor communication, a subpar car wash (bugs were still on windshield) and when I arrived home two valve stem caps were loose and two were missing. I don’t expect these things from a Mercedes Benz dealer. More
