After a regular service and a battery replacement l experience an unusual problem. The SOS function was not working. The next day I contacted the service department and explained the problem. So that afternoon l took it in and they worked on fixing the problem. About an hour later the contacted me in the lounge and told me it was going to take much longer than they expected and they didn’t was me to wait so long. They setup an an an appointment for two days later so I could leave the car with them. I did that. After I dropped the car off, that afternoon they informed me it would require a new part and it would cost $2,800. I thought that was too much and returned to pick up the car. Since it was an unusual problem I thought the people I delt with did a GREAT job. They were friendly and very professional. They explained to me in detail what was wrong an my exposure if it wasn’t replaced. Sine I have a cell phone and I always have it with me; I could use it in case of an emergency. I’ve had my car serviced there several times and it has always been a great experience. More
