I'm disappointed that my issue could not be resolved. I should not have to listen to a rattle inside my car. It wasn't there when I first purchased my car. It's frustrating. My passengers even here it and I have to turn the music up to not be tortured by the wind sound. With a high end luxury car, I would expect more. More
