Worst service experience ever .. came in to get my used car (bought from carmax) checked before finally paying carmax .. didn't checked the car .. didn't check the windshield which was literally wasn't si car (bought from carmax) checked before finally paying carmax .. didn't checked the car .. didn't check the windshield which was literally wasn't sitting right and was hazardous. I even called back the dealer to tell them and he literally said he just viewed the car he can not check everything then why would u charge 150$ More

I had my first negative experience with the Lancaster Pike dealership here in Wilmington, Delaware. I should note that I am not a regular customer as I have a stellar Mercedes mechanic. I have had 3 or Pike dealership here in Wilmington, Delaware. I should note that I am not a regular customer as I have a stellar Mercedes mechanic. I have had 3 or 4 very positive experiences over the years until this time. It all started with a lost key; unfortunately, the only one I had. There were several very human mistakes on the part of a couple of the dealership's staff, all of which would have been overlooked had one single person, preferably a manager, issued me a genuine apology. I am appalled at how I was treated. More
