I took my car for airbag and check suspension because I felt a lot of bumps. The car normally has a smooth ride. The first service guy seemed like he did not want to assist me. I told him I will be getting a loaner and they can look at the car. He said.I did not needed a loaner even though I requested one. On my way to get a loaner vehicle, I was stopped by Carol. She was willing to assist me. I waited 3 weeks and did not get work done due to disagreement between shop, warranty and myself. I chose to take my car to another shop. I have not had a pleasant experience with service or customer service since I own my car. Twice the car service did a poor job on my car. Once put the holes on backwards for suspension and the next day the car was almost touching the front tires. Another time you ripped my windshield wipers. The customer service is not that good. I have a GL450 and seem to get a 4 cylinder low profile car with a horrible ride. I feel every bump on the road. I have back issue and it causes more pain and discomfort. I have lost the taste for a Mercedes-benz. The car brand and vehicles are overrated. I am going to get another vehicle within a year and it won't be a Mercedes-benz. You didn't even clean the inside of my car on latest service, but had it Drove 3 weeks and drove the car. I am done with your company. It's been the worst of any car company. I am going back to Porsche, but will not used dealership affiliate with this company. More

Regarding the roadside assistance our experience with that was one that left my wife and I stranded for over 8 hours, with minimal help from your roadside assistance personal, until we made numerous calls to the main Mercedes number and my daughter’s Mercedes sales person got involved. My wife and I both own Mercedes as well as my daughter, and honestly we expected to be secure in the knowledge that when we where in need of roadside assistance Mercedes would be a step above others, instead we got the “oh well these things happen” attitude.
