The worst Mercedes Benz service I have ever had. Paid over $2900 for starter and SAMS unit. Valet drove my car to the waiting area. After I paid for the service I was given my keys. I drove the car for f over $2900 for starter and SAMS unit. Valet drove my car to the waiting area. After I paid for the service I was given my keys. I drove the car for few miles and it overheated and would not engage in drive. My car would not move. After being allowed to leave the dealership in an unsafe vehicle, I had to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership at my expense. To make matters worse I was charged an additional 540 dollars to diagnose the problem. More

After B Service on 7/20/21 the Check engine light came on. Was told it was due to low voltage, then found out that it was due to a cracked valve which was done during the B service. Brat was very informative. He was the second service person I spoke to after my car was completed. The first service gentleman that I spoke with was not good. I felt that he was talking to me out of ser person I spoke to after my car was completed. The first service gentleman that I spoke with was not good. I felt that he was talking to me out of services, as if though I cannot afford them. Also they did not change the two lights that I had requested them to do. Also I did request the car to be washed twice. They did not wash my car after service. Also once they had gone into the trunk they did not recover the battery they left the compartment open. Nice location, staff friendly and very attentive to needs of the customer. They make everything so easy. Comfortable environment if you need to wait for vehicle to be serviced. However, this time around I was not impressed with the attitude of the lady at the counter when it was time for me to pick up my vehicle and return my loaner car. She was not friendly at all when I handed her the keys to the loaner car and was very dismissive. If I am paying a good amount of money to have my car serviced at this location or any Mercedes location, I deserve quality customer service at all times. I was very disappointed with this and it left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Didn’t satisfy my what you owe me. On 2 occasions they did not satisfy the additional work they were supposed to do. I still have scratches in the hood . Looks like detailer messed up the paint job.
