Had recall and warranty work done. The warranty work required a couple of attempts. It seemed that the service department was relying too heavily on the computer output rather than listening to what I w required a couple of attempts. Eventually they realized that I was right and fixed the problem; would likely not have taken nearly so long had they listened to me from the beginning. The good thing is that you provided me with a loaner car throughout. Hopefully the problem doesn’t recur. The woman who coordinates loaners is excellent. I found it interesting that despite spending considerable time in the showroom across multiple visits, nobody ever asked if they could help me when looking at the new cars (even though I would have liked to learn more about them). Odd given that I currently own 3 MB and have been there recently with 2. Also found it interesting that Brad didn’t realize I was under an extended warranty that I bought from you when the car was new. More

GLK250 needed recall work. Easy to schedule, work done quickly and efficiently. Loaner available while work was done (this is essential since we live at a distance).
