I like the warm reception that customers get. Nearly everyone was friendly and made you feel comfortable while you waited for your car. Unfriendly staff (all but one that I interacted with). Staff wearing no masks or, down under their nose. The WORST waiting area I’ve ever seen at a luxury car dealer (owned BMWs and Porsches prior). I can never express how grateful I am to Jason and the rest of your staff for getting the part and getting me back home to Florida safely.
