Service was seamless. Carol was friendly, yet thorough and professional. The only negative was the loaner which seems to have been provided by Enterprise. Staff at this facility are superb, from Michelle who scheduled the service to Tony, the gentleman who actually communicated with us regarding the service of the car; even Brian who received and delivere scheduled the service to Tony, the gentleman who actually communicated with us regarding the service of the car; even Brian who received and delivered our car to the parking lot are all friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Just got the car back for a few day and haven't driven it at all. However, this dealership has been servicing our car for over 10 years and we trust them for doing a good job. More
