This particular Mercedes dealer was terrific. Our car was in for yearly service. They accommodated us with a loaner so we could drop the car off the night before. They did what had to be done and we picked in for yearly service. They accommodated us with a loaner so we could drop the car off the night before. They did what had to be done and we picked it up that same day. They also took the time to help us with some of the settings. Not an easy car to do from a technical perspective. There was no rush on their part and we were able to ask lots of questions. I cannot say that about the other locations we have done business with. It was a pleasure working with the crew at this Wilmington , Delaware location. More
