This visit was one of my better experiences Carol was so helpful; My car was taken cate of quickly, looked well cared for. Only problem is that both keys needed a battery but one doesn’t work. Took my wife's car For its 1st oil change, Very next morning The oil lights came on. I checked the oil and found it's missing at least 2 querts. She called the dealer and told them I have the lights morning The oil lights came on. I checked the oil and found it's missing at least 2 querts. She called the dealer and told them I have the lights on the said it's OK you can drive it and tell you come back they gave her an appointment a week later. Customer service are so bad no respect to customers mechanics doesn't know what they're doing. Next maintenance will be done at another dealership as far as one hour away from us. As she went back a week later she found more customers in the waiting room with almost same problem. More
