We have been internet researching a Mercedes SUV and decided we would enjoy a GLE 350. Wilsonville Mercedes put a new battery in our vehicle 3 moths ago. It was bad so needed to be replaced. They told me to bring the car in right away and they would also give me a loaner. It was very busy bu moths ago. It was bad so needed to be replaced. They told me to bring the car in right away and they would also give me a loaner. It was very busy but eventually got the loaner and headed home. I had to call the next day, and they still hadn’t had time to look at the car yet. Next day our service rep called and said they replaced the battery, but it needed many other things ($2K). Went ahead and had the work done. The service rep called us the next day and said the car would be ready at noon. We arrived a little after 1, and paid, and they said they would bring the car up front. we waited and waited, went back in to check, somebody else said it was just coming out the wash and would bring it up. We waited and waited and again went back in..... we did this two more times I went back in at 2:20 and was not nice and said I wanted the car now or give as a loaner while they figured out where our car was. They finally found it parked out in front the whole time! We drove off, and the message came on that the hood was not locked down, so my husband got out to put it down, and opened it and noticed the battery cover was not on. It was in the trunk. Needless to say, not impressed with the service we got. We have always had both of our cars serviced there and never been disappointed, This last visit was a disappointment! More

This is my 2nd time shopping here and what brought me back is the level of professionalism and service! I came in asking for Zach but quickly learned he got promoted to big boss!!
