Found out after we purchased vehicle that there was no spare key. Asked dealership if they would provide one and they said “no”. It’s going to cost $700 for a spare. They could have told us this so to t spare key. Asked dealership if they would provide one and they said “no”. It’s going to cost $700 for a spare. They could have told us this so to they could have taken this money off the sales price and done the right thing. Basically paying another $700 on top of the sales price of the car. The reason we went to this car dealership vs. the smaller dealerships was that we assumed we wouldn’t get taken by them, in terms of honesty. We were wrong. More

The service was great. Very dedicated and helpful service personnel. But I was shocked that not everyone was not wearing a face mask. Further more, a few of the ones that were wearing masks left their n personnel. But I was shocked that not everyone was not wearing a face mask.
