They arranged for a towtruck and made my car buying experience extremely enjoyable. Chris was UPFRONT AND HONEST(a rarity in the auto sales world!) I took my car to work to show off as soon as I was off the lot and I have already told 3 people about my supercalifragilistic experience with Merchants and they WILL be going to them for there next vehicle. Amazing experience After doing some research online and reading reviews of Merchants Auto,my wife and I decided to go to Merchants Auto to look for a new vehicle. We looked at the online inventory and decided on the vehicle we liked. Apon the arrival we were greeted by Rodney Mathews who was extremely friendly and curteous. He quickly got some info from us and we were test driving cars within 10 minutes. Rodney was able to tell us everything about the car without being over aggressive and pushing us into something we didn't want. He made sure it was our decision and the car was exactly what we were looking for. We picked the car we wanted and after quick negociations we worked with Steve Coimbria with the financing. Just like Rodney, Steve was very friendly and walked us through the paperwork with ease. We couldn't have asked for a better experience not only from Rodney and Steve, but Merchants Auto as a whole. I would highly recommend working with this dealer and staff. They will be my first stop for my next vehicle purchase. More
