Very happy with my trip to merchants. I found a few cars online I liked got in touch with scott and spoke with him over the phone. Based on our conversation of what I was looking for and wanting to spend h online I liked got in touch with scott and spoke with him over the phone. Based on our conversation of what I was looking for and wanting to spend he pulled a couple of options out from the lot to have me look at. What a awesome call on his part. We ended up in a much better car ( Mercedes-Benz) then I had originally been looking at for a better price. The finance wizard worked his magic and got me a great rate with a payment that works awesome. All the folks I saw there were working hard to get everyone that stepped into the place into the car they wanted Great job Thanks much More

Our visit to Merchants was great! Mark Chartrand was the friendliest salesperson we have ever dealt with before. Buying a vehicle is always a nerve-racking adventure and you fully expect "pushy" salespeople friendliest salesperson we have ever dealt with before. From the moment I talked to Scott on the telephone for buying a new car, I could just tell in the tone in his voice he was honest. When I came into the dealership I was greeted by many, with everyone smil buying a new car, I could just tell in the tone in his voice he was honest. When I came into the dealership I was greeted by many, with everyone smiling, you could tell they loved their job. Their facility is beautiful! The cars to choose from made me speechless! Scott went above and beyond into getting me into the car I wanted, and that he knew I would LOVE. He worked with me looking car by car, and I wasn't feeling pressured into buying one car, or pressured into making a purchase. He was very patient with me and his goal was to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy a car. You will be 1000% satisfied! I also would like to mention Steve was also a great person to deal with when it came to purchasing my warranty for my vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful when choosing what I wanted.
