I had made an appointment online Sunday, On Monday I was contacted by Ryan voicemail that the appointment was not available. I returned the call and Orlando gave me an appointment for the following week. contacted by Ryan voicemail that the appointment was not available. I tried to call to confirm which appointment I should go to, the phone number on the confirmation was for United Rental. I tried 2x and both went to United Rental. I finally located a phone number that got me to the service department to make sure I showed up at the correct appointment. Overall very confusing experience. Once the appointment was complete the vehicle sat outside for quite awhile before anyone contacted me.I could pay and leave. Too many people involved and too much technology. Go back to personal service. My family has purchased 4 vehicles thru Metro over the years but will think before purchasing again. Big dealerships aren’t always the best. More

My first meeting was with Sharif Bilodeau in sales. I was very transparent on my situation and needs. I was interested in a SUV. The best fit happened to be a 2024 Nissan Rogue. I did come prepared with documentation prior to our meeting with hopes of a purchase. Sharif went to the finance department and said he would call me later. Within 3.5 hours I received a call for the approval. I came back to the dealership and signed off with the Finance Manager who was also transparent and professional. I took a tour of the parts and service department with Sharif. My car was clean and ready the next day. I also have received a phone call today as well from Sharif to see if I like my Nissan and if I have any questions. .This was one of my better experiences buying a Vehicle from start to finish. I will and do recommend Metro Chrysler Jeep Ram for future customers. My next visit will be an oil change and see if service is as good as sales and Finance. Thanks to your Team Tom More
