Gave Metro second chance and they failed! Sales process went ok with Marlon. Finance went good with Greg. Left dealership not knowing where I was supposed to send payment to. Called and emailed Marlon 4-5x and never heard back. Heard from him when I was buying the truck but didn't get any help from him after the sale. Also contacted Greg in Finance and Mike the General Sales Manager. Never received response from any of them. Asked for CarFax, never received. Had to spend $29 and get my own. Two weeks later truck has issues. I contact Marlon, no response of course. I then call service and schedule appointment. It ends up being a frozen caliper, warped rotor and bad hose. Was told by Service that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. I was told by Marlon this truck had been fully serviced and gone right thru. Guess that was a lie. Took service 3 days to fix my truck. Never offered a loaner and when asked I was told they were all out. I pick up truck and drive home. Start smelling bad burning smell. Pull into my driveway and watch smoke just pouring out of other side that they messed with. They replaced p/s front caliper, rotor, hose and brake pads. They also put new brake pads in d/s front. Not sure what they did to it but it's screwed up. Now I get to go back and see if they can actually fix it. More
