We had been to the dealership a couple days before when it was closed to look around so I kinda knew what I wanted and liked. We checked out the dodge dart with Juan and took a test drive. We are from Chicopee so he allowed me to just cruise around as I knew where I was going. We did have 2 boys at home and he understood we couldn't take a lot of time after the drive. He drew us up a proposal and best of all NO PRESSURE! We left and went back a couple days later to close the deal. My husband picked up the car the next day at the time stated and it was ready to go. This guy goes above and beyond any car salesman I have ever dealt with before. He is honest and will take care of your needs. He got me into the exact truck I wanted at the price I wanted. The sales manger (Mike Kuzdzal) is also great to work with. Told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. He made it happen and didn't string along the process. I was able to test drive both vehicles to my satisfaction and got a good sense of their performance on and off the highway to make sure I was making the right choice. Danny took care to check that I was offered all the incentives and allowances available to a military member purchasing a new Jeep and followed up on any questions or concerns I had. He honestly seemed to care that I was happy with the process and made sure that the transaction was handled as smooth as possible.
