No follow up on sales promises. Purchased a 2013 Jeep and was promised a Owners Manual. Now it is over a month and still no Owners' Manual. Not happy about this, disappointing. He has a thorough knowledge of his product line, and a good amount of knowledge about competitors. Juan's approach was not pushy, and i appreciated that very much. The management team was also easy to work with, and the business office was efficient when finalizing the financing of the Compass. This is my third Jeep, and the second one I've purchased from Metro. I would definitely look to Juan and the Metro team in the future when purchasing a vehicle. I gave the quality of work only 3 stars because I had to finish zip-tying my trailer wiring harness that the dealer installed. When I got the Compass home, the harness was only zip-tied in three places and left hanging only inches off of the ground. Andrew T. Chicopee More

Lousy Experience I went to look at a truck that I saw advertised on the internet. a 2013 used RAM. I put a deposit on the truck that day and was told it would take 3 to 7 days for the title to be obtained from the leasing company. I returned in two days to have my truck appraised for trade in and was given a low ball figure, but I accepted the whole deal as the truck I was being was priced well and mine was in fair/poor shape. Was told it would now take 2 weeks to obtain the title to the new truck. OK, I can be reasonable. I am now at four weeks with no title, no alternative from the dealer, and very little communication unless I initiate it. I seriously think they do not want to sel me the truck at this price and just want me to go away. More
