Juan Acevedo and Celena Smith On a recent Friday afternoon, my husband and I were driving by Metro Jeep. We owned a 2004 Jeep and thinking of upgrading in the distant future. We decided to stop in and check out the Jeeps on the lot. There was on there that caught my eye and I went immediatly to that one. Before you know it, we were inside and greeted by Juan Acevedo. His warm friendly smile and courteous manner made it easy to talk to him. He let us take a test drive and after talking to him for a while about the Jeep we told him we would go home and sleep on it and get back to him at a later time. He NEVER put any pressure on us and we felt good about our visit. On Saturday we returned to Metro Jeep and sat down with Juan again and seriously talk about price and trade in with our 2004 Jeep. An appraiser came out and took our Jeep out and gave us a price for our Jeep. After talking back and forth we agreed on a price that was agreeable with everyone. We walked out really happy and satisfied with our new purchase. We were to pick up the Jeep on Monday. That Monday Juan called and stated that the Jeep would be ready later in the afternoon. There were some minor parts that needed to be ordered and that would be taken care of later in the week. We were on our way and very happy. Celena Smith dealt with us too with her phone call and very courteous manner. I would receommend Juan and Celena. Both were great and made our visit there very pleasant. I wish them both the best in their careers. Thanks again. We love our new Jeep and plan on using Metro Jeep down the road if the need arises for another vehicle. Debbie & Ray Pond More

Juan Knows how to please a customer, The product was fine but my choices were limited. It is not a good expeirence to have other product personell watching what is taking place around the show room. I drove through your back lot eight days ago while out running errands just to see what you had in the way of the Town and Country minivans. I drove through again, twice, in as many days, once to show a friend then, again, to show one in particular to my wife. She liked it and I called the general number for Metro and connected with Jaun. From the very beginning, right through to picking the van up yesterday (03/17/14) I like the way Jaun handled this transaction. The first van didn't work out because my wife wanted a sun roof, the van he came up with was even better and no arguments about the deal at all. My wife and I both feel as though we walked away with an excellent deal and, I love the van. I had one of the first "Ram" minivans Dodge put out in 1984 so, I'm a fan. In fact, I was asking Jaun today (after picking up the inspection sticker), about your Ram 1500. I have a Silverado 1500 with two hundred and sixty thousand miles on it and, GM lately, is screwing up by the numbers.
