They are nice until they have your money! After researching all the dealerships in the area I finally came upon this truck I really liked at metro.- well I went in on a Sunday afternoon and ta After researching all the dealerships in the area I finally came upon this truck I really liked at metro.- well I went in on a Sunday afternoon and talked to (Daniel Scheehser) who seemed like a very nice guy. Well after talking and going for a test drive we came to the conclusion to come back the following day to do some paper work- meanwhile I was told they were going to run some numbers and other things for me so upon return they would be ready. Well when a call was placed to the dealership after not getting one from then, as promised I talked to dan and he have me an excuse and said that can't do anything unless I was there- which was a lie because when I got there he had said they rust ran everything and have it ready- but was lied to 3-4 hours before. So that just got the ball rolling. Following all that we were to return towards the end if the week because they truck they had listed online HAD NO TITLE YET. So we had to play the waiting game and it only got worse from here out. Come the following Monday the title came in and the truck was sent out for body work I had requested to be done. Well when I went there for a 4th time I was told the truck was sent out and should be back soon- soon with these people must mean a WEEK! Anyways so I was patient with them and went along. I asked DAN same question at least 6 different times and I never got a straight answer or he didn't know. - so I steered away from dealing with him because he clearly didn't know what he was doing or his communication skills were BAD!- I was informed I would get a call when the truck came in and I did.- but the parts that were suppose to be put in the truck weren't and we made arrangements to have it picked up on wednesday. - now being a week and a half later I'm getting pretty pissed. I just keep getting the run around. So once again DAN dropped the ball again and didn't have a clue how to answer any questions. So now being promised to have the truck picked up on Thursday instead it's not going to be next Tuesday. Why couldn't they SERVICE THE VEHICLE IF IT WAS ONLINE AND FORSALE?? I am still waiting on these people that just keep giving excuses. Well they did admit they dropped the ball and they have a 2 free oil changes and a full tank of gas- how does that even come close to what I had to go through? After all I did like the place and the people at first until they got the money and started not caring!! They just lost many customers because of how they operate this place. NOW let's see if I really get my truck on Tuesday. - beyond mad at this point More

We had been to the dealership a couple days before when it was closed to look around so I kinda knew what I wanted and liked. We checked out the dodge dart with Juan and took a test drive. We are from Chicopee so he allowed me to just cruise around as I knew where I was going. We did have 2 boys at home and he understood we couldn't take a lot of time after the drive. He drew us up a proposal and best of all NO PRESSURE! We left and went back a couple days later to close the deal. My husband picked up the car the next day at the time stated and it was ready to go. This guy goes above and beyond any car salesman I have ever dealt with before. He is honest and will take care of your needs. He got me into the exact truck I wanted at the price I wanted.
