I was able to test drive both vehicles to my satisfaction and got a good sense of their performance on and off the highway to make sure I was making the right choice. Danny took care to check that I was offered all the incentives and allowances available to a military member purchasing a new Jeep and followed up on any questions or concerns I had. He honestly seemed to care that I was happy with the process and made sure that the transaction was handled as smooth as possible. Danny is familiar with the intricacies of selling a vehicle to a military member and I would recommend him and the dealership to the military community stationed at the local Air Force Base and anyone else that may be looking for a Jeep or Chrysler product. Unhappy Experience and Caveat Emptor Post-Sale Treatment Wow, where do I start? Beware! Things were fine in the beginning. Friendly enough people, decent value for my trade, pleasant test drive. Price is in line with what other area Ram dealers were asking for similar models. This dealership happened to be convenient. I had some reservations about the big touchscreen package that was on the Ram 1500 I was looking at. Long story short sales rep (Dan) sold the option to me and my wife on the navigation package that came with the truck. When I was still hesitant and asked it there was a subscription fee, he said no subscription, updates automatically, it's a Garmin product, etc. So I pick up the truck, get the Uconnect account setup along with the satellite radio service, an e-mail link will be sent to finalize the Uconnect account. I get the truck home go on a trip, no navigation service. I figure it is no big deal, probably activates when I finalize the Uconnect account via the e-mail link. That night in the hotel I finalize the Uconnect account and the next morning still no navigation system. So I go in to the next weekday to pick up my registration, get the truck inspected, and find out what the deal is with the navigation system. I am told that there is no subscription but there is a $600+ activation fee. They felt bad about the misunderstanding, but they answered the question I asked. To make it up to me they offered the navigation service at cost for $520. I don't think so. The misleading and/or omission of important information and the caveat emptor (buyer beware) treatment I received was beyond disgusting. The sales rep (Dan) seemed to only care about losing any potential references rather than having genuine concern for presenting something that was other than accurate. This dealership has lost my business. I will go to another dealer for service despite their "tires for life" program. I can just imagine what kind of excuses they will have to deny replacing a tire(s). Also, watch out for the hard sell on the Simonize Package. More

I was promptly greeted by Donovan who spent the time with me from start to finish. Even though he was new to the company, he was very enthusiastic and helpful. We were able to get everything we were looking for and not settle for something out of our sights. We were very upside down from a previous purchase as well as not having the best credit working against us. We left on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to hear early on Monday that we had been approved. We went in Tuesday and drove away in our new car about an hour later! The team at Metro were professional and efficient from start to finish. I would recommend them in the future to others. More

We decided to stop in and check out the Jeeps on the lot. There was on there that caught my eye and I went immediatly to that one. Before you know it, we were inside and greeted by Juan Acevedo. His warm friendly smile and courteous manner made it easy to talk to him. He let us take a test drive and after talking to him for a while about the Jeep we told him we would go home and sleep on it and get back to him at a later time. He NEVER put any pressure on us and we felt good about our visit. On Saturday we returned to Metro Jeep and sat down with Juan again and seriously talk about price and trade in with our 2004 Jeep. An appraiser came out and took our Jeep out and gave us a price for our Jeep. After talking back and forth we agreed on a price that was agreeable with everyone. We walked out really happy and satisfied with our new purchase. We were to pick up the Jeep on Monday. That Monday Juan called and stated that the Jeep would be ready later in the afternoon. There were some minor parts that needed to be ordered and that would be taken care of later in the week. We were on our way and very happy. Celena Smith dealt with us too with her phone call and very courteous manner. I would receommend Juan and Celena. Both were great and made our visit there very pleasant.
