Hi Gabriel, I will also forward you this message to your personal email. The vin# for my 2009 jeep rubicon is 1J4GA64109L757858. I just want to let you know that I have already confirmed with the dealership I purchased the vehicle at, Wetmores in New Milford CT and Chrysler corporate that the door and rear defrost are both covered under warranty ( if its under 23,0.. miles which the vehical has just over 19,0.. ) However since your tech made the door worse than it was before I don't know if the problem is now even fixable Thanks for getting back to me regarding this issue Kristina Budri
