I went into metro, assuming I was only going to get a used vehicle due to my credit. I live near New Haven CT and I drove up to Metro to look at a Ram truck. I inquired online about it and was contacted within half an hr of posting the inquiry. Jill Hockleberry was very nice and took my req at a Ram truck. I inquired online about it and was contacted within half an hr of posting the inquiry. Jill Hockleberry was very nice and took my requests seriously in sending me pictures of the truck as quickly as she could. My sales rep was Dan Sheesher; and not only was he very personable, patient, and knowledgeable, he was went to TREMENDOUS lengths to ensure my complete satisfaction. A couple weeks into the purchase the truck needed servicing, and Dan drove the three hours round trip to pick up my truck, not once, but TWICE, and brought it back to the dealership for repair. And these repairs weren't small endeavors- they rebuilt the turbo and replaced the fuel pump in the two separate services; something that would have costed me a fortune if I had it done privately. But at Metro, all it costed me was $100. While my truck was in the shop, I had the privilege of working with Matt Flagg. He clearly and patiently explained to me all that needed done to my vehicle, where it was in the repair process, what the next step was, and even an approximate date of completion. He was very respectful and friendly, answered all of my questions, and addressed all my concerns. If you are looking for a truck or other vehicle, whether you're Chicopee local or not, you would be doing yourself a great and significant disservice if you don't look to Metro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The staff here is fantastic!! It has been one month today that I purchased my 2014 Jeep Cherokee from their dealership. I am so happy with it! Juan Acevedo is such a great Salesperson and just a good person that I purchased my 2014 Jeep Cherokee from their dealership. I am so happy with it! Juan Acevedo is such a great Salesperson and just a good person all around. The GM Gabriel Faria took time out of his busy day to talk with me for about 30 minutes one on one about all of my questions with the Cherokee before it was even in the dealership! Mike Kuzdzal was quick and knew his "stuff" when it came down to the finances and made everything very smooth. And thank you to Orlando Serrano for showing me the ins and outs of my vehicle when it came to pick it up. And to top it all off, it didn't even matter if I was already working with Juan, everyone was there to answer questions! And they don't play any sales games like other dealerships do. So I want to say THANK you to them. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this dealership. They treat you right. More

I had an appointment to bring my, recently purchased within 30 days, certified pre owned Jeep Wrangler in for service because the driver side door was not closing properly and the rear defroster was not within 30 days, certified pre owned Jeep Wrangler in for service because the driver side door was not closing properly and the rear defroster was not working. The Jeep has less than 20k miles on it. I confirmed over the phone that this would not be a problem, as long as I had the paperwork stating it was under warrant / certified. I also confirmed with the dealership I purchased the vehicle at in New Milford, CT that the issues where covered under the warranty (the vehicle was only 30 days old from date of purchase) and only had 19k miles when purchased. From the time I entered the service department, Rachael could not even be bothered with anything I had to say. I stated that I need to drop off my vehicle for some warranty work that should be noted in the service request from when I called yesterday afternoon. She then proceeded to tell me nothing would be covered. Actually stating that “if I don’t like her answers then I can bring the vehicle back to where I purchased it from them”. Really! I stated if you purchase a car from California and it’s under warranty then you want me to bring it back to California from Massachusetts? She was silent and an unprofessional look came over her face. Instantly, any question I asked, her response was NO; in her you are wasting my time attitude. Hesitantly I left the vehicle with Metro Jeep thinking that the techs would be professional unlike the service department customer service rep and be able to fix the issues I was having. I stated please do not do any work to the vehicle until you confirm any additional cost. Obviously that did not happen. When going to pick-up the vehicle Wally was a complete gentleman and explained everything that happened. Rachael would not even pick up her head from the desk and look at me. In the end, I ended up with not only having to leave work early and getting nothing accomplished. The rear defrosted is still broken – the technician cut the wire trying to fix it, and a door that now leaks air and needs to be slammed so it closes – now it’s worse than before. Please remember, my Certified Jeep only has 19k total miles on it. I just cannot understand how a service dept. could operate in this manner. This has to be the worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced. I am still in shock as to the treatment I received and the fact my Certified Jeep still is not fixed. I would not return or recommend Metro Jeep for Service to anyone. I have reported the incident to the dealer I purchased the Jeep from and they were shocked. . More
