Steve Longey was quick to reach out to me about the car, and he very effectively communicated with me from this initial email, as well as throughout the entire process (test-driving, discussing details, etc). Since I had never been to a car dealership before this, I was expecting a salesman eager to meet a quota. But, I was pleasantly surprised by Steve's genuine efforts to work with me, to make sure I was getting a great deal, and to ensure I was happy with my new car. As a hesitant, first-time buyer, what really stood out to me was that he made sure I was comfortable during each step in the process. I would highly recommend Steve Longey and Metro to anyone looking to buy a car, but specifically to any other apprehensive, first-time buyers! More

SET-UP TO FAIL If you purchase a vehicle from Metro and they puffed the sale by telling you that they give you tires for life as a benefit for having all your servi If you purchase a vehicle from Metro and they puffed the sale by telling you that they give you tires for life as a benefit for having all your service work done at their dealership - DON'T BELIEVE THEM. There is a stipulation in the tires for life agreement that states that you must drive the vehicle at least 15,000 miles before they will honor the agreement and replace the tires. What Metro doesn't tell you is that the tires on the vehicle (as purchased) may not make it the 15,000 miles before they fail state inspection. Because the vehicle hasn't traveled the 15,000 miles, Metro will not replace the tires. They will tell you that at some point in time, the vehicle owner has to take responsibility for their vehicle. That is what happened to me. The tires on my vehicle only servived about 10,000 miles from date of purchase before the Metro Service Adviser told me during a recent service visit that my tires would fail a state safety inspection. When I requested the tires be replaced under the tires for life agreement, I was told there was nothing they could do because I hadn't put the 15,000 miles on the vehicle since it was purchased. SET-UP TO FAIL I have purchased two vehicles from Metro during the past four years and have had those vehicles serviced solely by Metro (including annual state inspections). Up until now, if someone asked me if Metro was a reputable dealer I would have answered yes. However, because of this experience, I will never purchase another vehicle from Metro again and I certainly will not recommend doing business with them. For the management at Metro, I offer these words of wisdom - It takes a good salesman/saleswoman to make the first sale but, it's honesty, integrity and a commitment to serve the customer's needs that will cement future sales. You just lost my business More
Doesn't even deserve one star Let me just state that our salesman Steve Rivard was a great salesman, but I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again. They are incredibly shady. It was been two weeks that we have been waiting on our $500 deposit. We have stopped in 3 times to pick it up, and it's no where to be found. We have called over 15 times to see where our deposit is, and no one has an answer. The manager (who would NOT give me her name) who deals with the billing was completely unprofessional and rude. Please tell me how no one in that building has no idea where our money has gone. UNPROFESSIONAL. I have gotten my lawyer involved. . I will never go through this dealership AGAIN. I would not recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your time with this place!!! Not to mention, one of the salesmen hit my car with his door! And he did not even apologize! More
