I had a very pleasant experience at Metro with Danny & Metro who came highly recommended through my brother who has purchased numerous vehicles between he and his family! We were not disappointed. I was absolutely set on what I wanted, mainly the color which proved to be difficult to find. DOZER, which happens to be more yellow than orange by the way....anyway, they found one for me...a Sahara soft top...BUT I of course didn't like it becuase the Sahara wheel flares are the same color as the Jeep and I wanted them to be black like the sport. So after a while THEY came up with a solution, they said, really is only the wheel flares you don't like and I said yes. By this time I had settled on a white sport.....they said simply then, why don't you just change out the wheel flares and order the black ones....I said REALLY we can do that....so in the end I ended up with my brand new toy, Dozer, soft top in 2 days. I have had it now 2 weeks, purchased with 87 miles on it and now 1,300 +. I thank them for their patience working with me (my husband was traveling on business but we did correspond throughout the transaction). When we picked up the Jeep I said to my husband Dean, AND we get to keep the DOZER wheel flares....he looked a little puzzled and asked why... I said because we paid for them...he said OH, so you BOUGHT the black flares...I said YES, of COURSE. He said OH, nice one Mary Jane you slid that one by...LOL but he agreed, good call. I can't say enough about the staff at Metro, even though Danny was our salesperson, each and everyone of them we pleasant, greeted you and made sure you were comfortable. The transaction was smooth and I love my Jeep. Not only that, I received a voice mail message from Danny last night just calling to say hello and see if we were happy with our Jeep. NOW, THAT is customer service, above and beyond. Looking for a new vehicle...Jeep, Dodge??? GO TO METRO!!11 THanks everyone!!!!!!!! More
