After lookng on-line at multiple dealerships, I came across Metro!! They had an SUV I was interested in so after looking through I received a call from Juan the next day! I went in to speak with him across Metro!! They had an SUV I was interested in so after looking through I received a call from Juan the next day! I went in to speak with him and of course look at the SUV and to just go over my options and to my surprise, I was able to get the vehicle i have been wanting for while!! Juan was very nice and seemed very patient with me as I was nervous and unsure about what to do! He did not in any way pressure me into making a decision right away, as i wanted to speak with my husband about this purchase before making a final decision! Once I did that I went back to Metro that evening and spoke with Mike and he went above and beyond to make this purchase affordable! He went a little further where others my have just stopped!! The price of the vehicle and the extras that I received not only in service but for the vehicle itself, were great and I couldn't thank him enough for getting me into the car of my dreams!! So I just bought a used 2009 Audi A5 from them, which the car I'm happy with but nothing else. They would not take one dollar off the price of the vehicle! Their service department also isn't that great either, they didn't notice the bubbles in the two tires on the passenger side. They told me they have to order the tire so I would have to come back, mind you I'm two hours away from this dealer and they really should of not let me ride of with those tires because its a bug safety hazard! And if one blows I could probably start a lawsuit. I told them they will have to do all four tires because the other two were to worn to put just two new tires on and they said they would call me back about that and still haven't heard from them! DO NOT GO HERE! More
