My overall experience with Metro Jeep was very very good. Mark Dorsey was easy to work with over the two months we searched for the right vehicle for me. In time, I decided to place a factory order for my 20 Mark Dorsey was easy to work with over the two months we searched for the right vehicle for me. In time, I decided to place a factory order for my 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. Mark was very accessable and always returned my calls when I left a message for him. He did not try to sell me a vehicle I didn't want, and understood that I would not settle for any less than what I wanted in another Jeep Rubicon. I traded in my 2010 Rubicon Unlimited and was happy with my trade value as well. The day I picked up my vehicle it was clean and ready to go! Brandon Houston did an excellent job processing the deal and was very friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the process. I found both Mark and Brandon to be very friendly and professional individuals. I can hoinestly say I have found this to be rare in many dealerships I have done business with over the years. Mark has been in touch with me since I picked up my vehicle to ask how I liked it and extended his services should I require anything. I left the dealership happy and will highly recommend Metro Jeep to anyone. I look forward to pleasurable service experiences in the future! Thank You Mark Hillsburg More

After my car had been totaled, I had a few days off, so I decided to start my search for a replacement vehicle. I wandered into Metro Jeep in Springfield just to take a look around for a used car. I was me decided to start my search for a replacement vehicle. I wandered into Metro Jeep in Springfield just to take a look around for a used car. I was met by a salesman (whose name I cannot remember), and we sat down and talked about my needs and my budget. After explaining how much money I had to work with, the salesman went into the manager's office. Upon his return, he explained that he had "one car out back that might work for you". I asked him what make it was. When he told me, I told him that I was not really interested in that brand of car. He asked me to look at it anyway and give it a chance. I agreed, and he brought the car around for me to look at. I was not thrilled with the car, and I told him that I didn't think I could buy this particular car with any confidence. He went on to explain the features, etc. Still, I was not interested in this car. I thanked him for his effort and told him that I didn't want to waste any more of his time. As I started to leave, he began to exert pressure on me to buy the car. "How about if I lower the price and offer you free tires for life? Can I get you into this car TODAY???" It appeared to me that he was incredibly desperate to unload this car and was making every attempt to pressure me into buying it. It's stressful enough to be in a car accident, deal with insurance companies, and have your car totaled. The added stress of looking for a replacement vehicle makes it that much more difficult. The last thing a customer needs is a pushy salesman who tries to pressure them into buying a car they're not comfortable with. It's not a great way to do business and not a great way to treat a potential customer. More
Metro Jeep was extremely easy to work with. It was my first visit to their dealership and I was out the door 4 hours later with a new Jeep. In that time I took a test drive, negotiated a trade and compl first visit to their dealership and I was out the door 4 hours later with a new Jeep. In that time I took a test drive, negotiated a trade and completed all of the necessary paperwork. The entire staff was friendly from the sales team on through to the sales, general and finance managers. Despite it being a busy last day of the month they were able to satisfy my needs. I would definitely buy a new car from them again and have already recommended them to friends and family. More
First of all, I must say, Roberto Was a pleasure to work with. He did not pressure us and he was extremely friendly. After Roberto made the sale, things seemed to have gone down hill from there. We want with. He did not pressure us and he was extremely friendly. After Roberto made the sale, things seemed to have gone down hill from there. We wanted a trailer hitch and running boards. When we went in on Monday to sign the paperwork, Brandon advised us that he was not including the running boards because he gave us a better rate. Well the first rate he gave us was rather high at 7.99% and we could not afford the payments. Brandon then told us he could reduce the interest to 5.99% and we came to an agreement. However, he was not giving us the running boards because of the better rate. We loved the jeep and decided to go thru with it anyway. We made appt to bring it in on Friday for the trailer hitch and detailing. We dropped it off the night before. The hitch was put on and the detailing was done and we picked it up Friday evening. Saturday we drove to Vermont to attend a funeral and we didnt notice until Saturday evening that there was no inpsection sticker or registration. We called the dealership on Sunday and we were told it was because our ins co. never faxed back the paperwork. No one ever told us this. We had no idea. First thing Monday morning we called the insurance agency. They said they never received paperwork from dealer. We called dealer back and told them to refax. They said to call back later in the day to check on the status. So we did. Now we are being told the bank needs to do an interview with my husband. So we call the bank and answered their questions. Then called dealer to advise this was done. Now they have to wait to hear from bank. told us to call later in the day. We wait 2 hrs then stopped by the dealership. By this point and time it is after 2pm. My husband and I are irritated because we were suppose to leave for vacation by now but have missed an entire day that has been paid for. We advise Mr Houston of this. We sign paperwork for lost title for our trade in and Mr houston calls the bank. The funds have not been deposited yet(into Jeep Metro's acct) and should be done by 3pm. Mr houston then says "screw this!" He gets the registration and the check for $29 for the inspection because his dealership is unable to have the jeep inspected because the mechanic is on temp leave of absense because his wife is having a baby. Not once was there ever an apology from Mr houston. I find this to be very disappointing and unprofessional. He did not thank us for our patience or our business. If we had gone on vacation and drove to the beach which was 2 hrs away and something had happened like being pulled over or getting into an accident, there would be a huge issue. Thank goodness this did not happen. I feel that for the aggravation and inconvenience, we should be compensated in some manner. Whether it's free service for a year or free running boards,or both, I think we should be compensated for the headache and the hassle. Perhaps we will just tell everyone not to buy a car at Jeep Metro.. Michelle andBarry Drinkwine More
