We heard of Chrysler Jeep Metro through a friend who had a great experience buying their used vehicle, so we visited the dealership as well as 3 others in the area. We like to keep our options open when buying our vehicles, in order to get a good idea of what deals are out there, and more importantly how much trade in value we can get for our current vehicle. We worked with Chris Donah, and he immediately was concerned with what WE wanted. I put a strong emphasis on this fact because we haven't made a vehicle purchase in over 5 years, and I never remember car salesmen pushing vehicles that we stated over and over that we were not interested in. At other dealerships, we felt that certain cars, presumably ones that have been sitting on the lot for quite a while, were being pushed onto us. Combine that along with the fact that we received more than $1200 more in trade in value for our 2003 Jeep (75,000 miles), Jeep Metro moved to the top of our list. While the other places wanted us to sign on the spot, we like to take our time when making such a big purchase, and Chris had no problem with us going home and weighing out all of our options in order to make a smart decision. We ended up buying a 2010 Jeep with low mileage, and we couldn't be more happy with the sale. I always wait about 6-9 months before reviewing because I like to see how well the vehicle runs, and if any problem (none for us!) arise, how the dealership handles it. We are very happy with our purchase at Jeep Metro and have referred a couple of our friends and family to Chris, and from what we've heard, they had equally pleasant experiences. I rate the dealership/salesman a perfect 10! More
