Gary Wages was our salesman, and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately, he had to leave because of a family emergency. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle: the windshield wipers would come on randomly, the tire pressure sensor was inoperable, the passenger side mirror could not be adjusted electrically, and it had to be detailed from being a very recent trade-in. Before I left the dealership on Saturday September 12th, I was told that my car would be first in line to get serviced on Monday, because it had been bought. When I got to the dealership at 1 p.m. on Monday September 14th, I was informed that the mechanics had not even looked at my car yet, because of overflow of vehicles from the previous week. They said to give them an hour and it would be done. We came back an hour later, they told us that they still had not started on the vehicle, and that it would be another 45 minutes. We did not get the car until around 3:45 p.m. that afternoon. When I received the keys, they told me that the windshield wipers had been fixed, and the oil had been changed, but since the price of the vehicle had been lowered, they couldn’t afford to fix the tire pressure sensor, or the passenger side mirror. I was upset, because I had been told they would fix ALL of the issues within the vehicle, but accepted it because I felt like I had no other choice. Overall, I am satisfied with my vehicle but do wish that either I had been told from the beginning that the sensor and mirror would not be able to be fixed by them or that they had held to their word. As far as the cleaning and detailing, the exterior was near perfect with only a few very minor areas that could have been better touched. The inside, while far cleaner than it had been when we test drove the vehicle, had several places were attention should have been focused such as the inside of the doors, the front cup holders, the cubby area up front where the car charger port sits, and areas of the upholstery that was scuffed/still had visible dirt. The cup holders and front cubby were still sticky and had brown residue from the previous owners caked inside and the trunk area (after the third row was laid down) hadn't been properly vacuumed. Again, overall I am happy with my choice in vehicle and appreciate everything Gary did for us throughout the process, but I do feel like the fixes for the car and the cleaning could have been handled better. More
