Misunderstandings may arise from not qualifying for advertised discounts, which you did not, so it's essential to verify all terms before engaging with the dealership. Maintaining respectful communication ensures smoother transactions and possible resolution if issues occur, which you did not do as well.

Nope, no misunderstanding. You have the prices listed on your website, you have the incentives listed on your website. Your sales person would not honor them. You show your dealer discount, you show the Ford incentives, Gabriel flat our told me she would not honor the prices or incentives. That is called BAIT & SWITCH> That is illegal in the state of Florida. You know what she did, I sent you the screenshots of the text with her. Metro Ford Miami uses false pricing to get people to call or come in, then lie and switch the price. That is called bate and switch, that is not a lie or libel. That is a fact, again if you would like I will gladly post the text thread on this response. I already sent them to you

Jeep Competitive Conquest Bonus Cash -$2,000 You have it listed with the Bronco pricing, Gabriel told me NO when I asked if she would honor it. Walker Ford site lists everything just like yours, amazing when I asked for the out the door price and told them I own a Jeep they included the Jeep incitive.
