Before coming to Metro Ford, I was set on purchasing a Chevy Equinox. - I cannot begin to describe the wonderful experience I had at METRO FORD. As soon as I stepped out of my car Adolfo Mena welcomed my grandma and I with a contagious enthusiasm that automatically made me I had at METRO FORD. As soon as I stepped out of my car Adolfo Mena welcomed my grandma and I with a contagious enthusiasm that automatically made me feel at home. He built trust right off the bat, sharing life stories and inquiring about mine. Throughout the whole experience he made me and my grandma feel as though we were family, offering me advice that was genuinely in my best interest, even if it wasn’t the most beneficial for him in a commission stand point. I was pretty nervous buying my first car, especially knowing the stigma around cars sales people that they tend to point you in the direction that is in their best interest. By no means did I feel this way with Adolfo, I took all advice he had to say to heart and we ended up finding my dream car and made it work in my price range. He was patient as I test drove nearly half the parking lot, only to come back to my original choice in the end. I can tell that this dealership only hires people like him, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming as I met nearly everyone working the floor. I had such an incredible experience and recommend to both new and experienced buyers. My greatest recommendation is to ask for Adolfo Mena when you go, you will not be disappointed!!!! More
