I was promptly greeted upon arrival by Adolfo Mena and helped me answer all of the questions I had about the units I was interested in. I noticed that they had one of the best inventories of F-150 and specialty (lifted) trucks in Central Florida. Although I purchased the vehicle I was most interest in from the website. it was awesome to have choices available at one location for both New and slightly used trucks. I have shopped 4x4 around several Florida Ford dealerships and always get a “nobody wants them” blanket excuse for not having 4x4 trucks in stock, not so at Metro Ford dealership. xxxxxxto your New and Used Truck management team for having a great inventory-awesome job! The finance manager listened and secured a hassle free loan from my credit union quickly without the standard beating received from other dealers. That was outstanding and well received. Frank was a great salesman. I came in around 7:30 alone to look at Mustangs. Frank was very honest, patient and not pushy at all. I stumbled on this dealership by accident. Looking around for a vehicle with certain options they had one of the few around we were looking for.
