Metro Ford Miami

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I have to let people know what type of service they will receive from Metro Ford. I purchased a Ford F250 2025 last year in April from them. Sergio was my salesman people know what type of service they will receive from Metro Ford. I purchased a Ford F250 2025 last year in April from them. Sergio was my salesman; I had no issues with him. On February 25, 2026 I had an appointment for a tailgate issue (my lock would not lock everytime) they were going to fix a recall issue at the same time. I received a phone call from Alexandra Moody at the end of the day accusing me of tampering with the liftgate, when I arrived I met with the service manager and the asst. service manager. I asked them to show me how they determined that I tampered with my liftgate and they advised it was due to a screw on the liftgate that was not painted the same color as the truck. I paid 92K out the door for the truck and it was under warranty. I don't see why I would even spend any type of effort of working on something that is under warranty. The service manager even accused me of installing my hitch myself. He clearly has no clue how service works. I would have hoped that he would look up the vin number and see that was part of the package before making a 2nd accusation. do they even sale F250's without a tow package? They had the truck all day and stopped at an unpainted screw. With these managers everyone should not do business with Metro Ford. They were supposed to refund me for my Uber and that did not happen either. I met with Danny Marks the GM and they were supposed to contact me to check the tailgate issue and it's been 2 months and no phone calls. I have purchased 3 other vehicles from them. thank goodness i did not have any warranty issues. My advice would be not to do purchase a vehicle from them. If you do stay away from the service department. Hope this review helps people avoid a frustrating experience! I will be contacting Ford Factory to advise them of the poor representation this dealer is providing. More
