Focus I first e-mailed the dealer and Pedro was quick to respond to my request. He offered several different payment scenarios working with the budget I ha I first e-mailed the dealer and Pedro was quick to respond to my request. We arranged the day and time I would be in and as I pulled into the dealership, my vehicle I was looking to purchase was pulled up front, gassed up and detailed and ready to go. How can you get better service than that? Adolfo Mena had all the paperwork ready at his desk for me to sign and then walked me to the Insurance desk they have on site to get my vehicle insured. I then only had to wait 2-3 minutes for the finance person to have us sign the rest of the paperwork. Thanks to Adolfo and Metro Ford, for making my purchase experience so easy and fastest than any dealership I have ever been to. I felt like a Queen in there. They truly got it all figured out and make what is usually a dreadful experience not even feel like your buying a car. More

Best Service Department ! I have been to a couple of different ford dealership service department before. but none of them compare to the service that i got for Metro Ford. I pulled up to the dealer and immeditealy i was great by a gentleman named Laz. He came up to me and i explained that i was bringing in my girlfriend Mustang and i really didn't that much information. i came in for the free oil change and tire rotation. Laz got right on it and reassured me that he was going to take care of me. Before i knew it my girlfriend mustang did not only get new oil and a tire rotation he also topped of my nitro filled tire and gave the car a clean. If this isn't the best customer service in a dealership that i have dealt with, that i don't want to know what is. they made me feel more of a person than a client. shout-out to Laz for being the real MVP that day and thank you to everyone that helped me out. from now on i will only take my car to Metro ford becasue i know that Laz got my back. More
