Best service dept in south Florida I purchased a 2018 Ford F-250 from a dealership in Jacksonville . And I had an issue with sensors or module on truck , went to a ford dealership and I purchased a 2018 Ford F-250 from a dealership in Jacksonville . And I had an issue with sensors or module on truck , went to a ford dealership and they told me that they couldn’t repair the issue and they needed to contact ford . Well I didn’t have time to leave the truck for the time period for them to contact ford and get approval for repair . So I took my truck back and contacted ford and they told me to take it to metro ford in Miami . And so I did and they repaired the truck in few days with no hassle and Lisa especially in service treated me very well kept me informed at all times with phone updates on what’s going on with truck . Highly recommend the dealership , they know what they are doing and will purchase my future ford truck from them . Great service , very happy More
