I recently had a pretty rough car week—a car we bought new and just paid off had its transmission break to the point it wasn’t worth fixing, and all t I recently had a pretty rough car week—a car we bought new and just paid off had its transmission break to the point it wasn’t worth fixing, and all the folks at Metro Ford from the service team to the sales team were incredibly helpful, from figuring out why the old car wouldn’t go in reverse, hooking me up with a loaner so I could still get home, quickly getting us a realistic estimate on repairs, then taking it as a trade-in, helping us pick out a new-to-us car from their lot and getting me set up with financing. Every time we thought we had a problem, the Metro Ford folks just casually were like, ‘No, we can take care of that.’ They were absolutely wonderful! More
