After looking at cars at several different places on Saturday and having no luck in my city, Milwaukee, I was exhausted and starting to believe that I was the Goldielocks of car buying; no car was "just right." On a whim I expanded my radius (again) on autotrader and found my perfect car at Metro Ford! Driving in from Milwaukee took longer than anticipated, and I ended up arriving just a bit before closing. Nicky already had the car ready and warm, always a plus in below freezing weather. During the test drive she was sociable yet professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured by her for a sale and she took the time to address all of my concerns thouroughly.
