I just purchased a 2020 F-150. I blinked and it was done. Easiest Car purchase of my life! I usually HATE buying cars. I usually HATE dealerships even more, but I have to say that Metro Ford really did sur Easiest Car purchase of my life! I usually HATE buying cars. I usually HATE dealerships even more, but I have to say that Metro Ford really did surprise me. I was annoyed to be there and was prepared to be let down, but they blew my expectations out of the water. Mr. Giovanni Young in sales is a great guy and he will make your experience pleasant and just plain simple to be real. He worked hard to find me what I needed. He actually listened, and I usually have to be a jerk to get my point across. I told him what I needed and BAM! I got good trade value and a stress relief. Sean Miller in finance is also great. He works fast and is great at what he does. I've sat entire lifetimes at other dealers. I don't think I'll ever but a vehicle anywhere else! More

Not a good experience. Received the truck back and my wife was complaining about additional noises coming from engine compartment under a load. I opened the hood and discovered that the air inlet ducting wife was complaining about additional noises coming from engine compartment under a load. I opened the hood and discovered that the air inlet ducting to the air filter was not push pinned back and was trying to suck itself into the air box. Additionally the air filter box top was not snapped back on allowing unfiltered air into the engine. This was the dealership that I purchased the truck from and I was assuming that we would receive better service versus going to a different dealership. That was not the case, they had the truck for a week and we were not given any type of option for a loaner vehicle even though ours was in for warranty work. More

Not impressed. Sold me my truck with bad tint on the windows. The tint is guaranteed so that seemed odd. I brought the truck in to have both side windows fixed. The only fixed one side. Why? I would rate it because it is the Ford dealer. Some of the ladies aren't very personable. I sat there for 3 hours. I told them that I was waiting. They stated they didn't know I was waiting until I fina the ladies aren't very personable. I sat there for 3 hours. I told them that I was waiting. They stated they didn't know I was waiting until I finally went to ask if my car was ready. I also had my oil changed 3 days prior. I asked them to reset my oil gauge. They didn't so when I went to get my wheel alignment, I asked for this to be done again. They service representative asked the technician to reset it. He went out and told her he did. As I drove onto the highway, it reset to what it said and wasn't completed. Plus, I have a warranty and each time I come they say it is out of warranty for oil changes. This should be in the computer as a courtesy. I would probably recommend but I would tell customers these concerns that I have shared.. More
