It was extremely unsatisfying. I received my estimate, which was much higher than anticipated. Then I looked at my multi-point inspection and noticed multiple things that were very obviously faked. The mechanic had put that my tires were all the same tread when the 2 rear tires were about 2 years old and the front tires were only about 3 months old. The manager looked again and said the mechanic's tool was broken, so he was just guessing at the tread depth. The mechanic obviously hadn't looked at the tires as they found a nail when they looked again. Then I noticed the brake measurements were exactly the same. My brakes had been replaced with my tires, so they should have had different measurements. The manager didn't have any excuse for that one. They redid the inspection, which caused me to be there another hour. The service advisor requested that I not fill out the survey if I could not give a good review as it affected her paycheck, which seemed very unprofessional. Honestly, I will not be returning as the whole experience seemed extremely unprofessional and disturbing to how many things went unchecked. More

I had the best car buying experience with Charles Waddle. He kindly helped in everything I asked since my first visit to the dealership even though he knew I was only doing research at the time. Charles' knowledge and excellent customer support was one of the deciding factors for me to go back to Metro Ford of OKC and buy the vehicle I needed here. He did everything he could to allow me to compare and test drive multiple vehicles during both visits and more importantly (to me at least) he never pushed me or forced me to make any decision. He provided advice when I asked and double checked with others when he wasn't sure about something (I ask too many questions and have caught other salesmen making stuff up when they don't know the answer). Charles is definitely at the top of my list of salesmen for the next time. More
Contracted for obtaining through parts at MetroFordOKC OEM accessories for installation thru service. Parts Dept- 5 stars. However, tonneau cover was installed poorly, was not adjusted for optimum fit an OEM accessories for installation thru service. Parts Dept- 5 stars. However, tonneau cover was installed poorly, was not adjusted for optimum fit and overhung the rear tailgate which caused it to lift when the tailgate was closed preventing it from laying flat. Nor was the rubber bulkhead ribbed self adhesive seal (3/4”x65”) installed to make bulkhead water resistant and was not left in the cab for me to do. i know this comes with one as I have seen this unit on a friends truck and based on reviews prior to purchase. No Ford warranty info left for me regarding the top in case I have problems. The bed rails did not sit flush and were maladjusted and required me to adjust (no shims were used (nor included as extra parts for me) and as such , it took me an hour and a half to get tonneau adjusted in length and fit to make it close properly and sit flush. Overall, 2 stars for installation of tonneau cover .. poor at best. Running boards and engine cover installed properly but again, no Ford warranty info on OEM Ford running boards. I had asked service advisor to re-balance wheels due to excessive vibration. Was told they would try but that is something that their shop can not do with off-road tires even though, the sales lot is full of various lifted vehicles with much larger off/road tires. The tires on the Roush Ranger, although off-road size, at 32” are about the size of a sport tire that is standard on a Explorer or other mid to full size SUV so the idea that MetroFordOKC service department can not balance a set of tires on any of the vehicles they sell on-site is beyond my comprehension as a customer. In addition, the service advisor put me down for a 100 pt inspection instead of just re-balancing the wheels as requested. There was a charge of nearly $450 on the invoice that the cashier could not explain and the service advisor was not working that Saturday and could not be reached. I was therefore forced to pay for what ever this charge represents in order to get my vehicle and bring it back to Tulsa. As stated earlier, I live in Tulsa OK. I took my truck to a discount tire store today locally and had the tires rebalanced. Prior to removal of existing weights, the wheel / tires were checked and all 4 wheel tires were “out of balance” as suspected by me due to the vibrations that were severe between 65 -80mph. The left driver front and right passenger rear were the worst. All four were rebalance today and minimal vibration at the speeds noted above are now noted as with improvement. This service should have been performed free of charge by MetroFord considering it was present from the day I drove the truck home 11 days ago. I even purchased to 6 year 100k mile extended warranty to augment the standard Ford warranty and at this time , the “MetroFord difference” appears to be less service rather than better service. Again, my sales person Linda is 5 stars. The Parts Dept(Evan) is 5 stars. The service Tech for installation 2 stars and overall service experience 2 stars. The day of my service pick up I received a notice email I would be getting a survey and offered me 10% off any purchases on accessories that expires in 30 days. That would have been more useful to be applied to what I just purchased (at least $1500 in accessories) as at this point , the truck is pretty well loaded and no other accessories would be needed and hence the offer is a hollow gesture at best. Sold vehicle we had appt to see before we could get there because a salesman that lied that it was sold to hold the vehicle for someone else that was not there. We drove 2 hrs to get there. We started to drive a different one (never made it out of the parking lot) and they called our salesman and told him it wasn't sold. We never drove back around to the front and by the time we got back out of the car they told us it was sold again. This was ridiculous, you don't treat people this way. If is weren't for our salesman/Charles Waddle and my daughter really liking the one we test drove we would not have purchased from this dealership. We waited over 2 hrs for financing, granted it was a Saturday but would really think a customer with over 800 credit scores would have that much trouble getting loan paperwork to sign. Over all after 50 yrs of buying cars this was my worst dealership experience. More

Denise Anderson. She was great. Every question I asked she answered in a timely manner. She is understanding. I stay in Altus. It’s 2 hours from OKC and I get off at 4pm. She gets off at 6pm.
