No mention in pre-arrival discussion, website or phone conversation of the “Metro Ford Difference “up charge” of $2495 that was essentially non/negotiable. Also, all features of this “added” features have not been fully added to the vehicle (window tint) and was informed of that after purchase. The metro difference package also included wheel locks however the Roush package also included wheel locks therefore seem as if double paid for that feature. I did not receive any brochure or literature on the Metro Ford Difference upgrades. Sales person stated I need to bring the vehicle back when convenient for me to get window tint installed. I did purchase the extended warranty but again , only a paper contract but no literature or brochure defining the extended warranty, features , etc. Please advise if you can send missing details and explanations . You could have your service managers return phone calls. You could make sure my car is really fixed before I pick it up so I don't get 200 miles from home and have a problem. You could get my car repaired faster than 11 days or at least offer me a loaner and not give me a smart remark when I ask about it saying there is a one month waiting list for loaners. You could honor your commitment you made when you sold me the car telling me I had oil changes and tire replacement for life and then just deciding you would no longer honor that. This dealership is the worst. I will never buy a car there again and will warn everyone else against it, too. More

I had an appointment. 2 weeks ago to figure out problem that shouldn’t happen on a 2019 and another one yesterday to fix the problem, but since so many people without appointments came in my vehicle stayed overnight.
