I would reluctantly recommend Metro Ford. After sales manger agreeing on a purchase price he left the room to ‘go check something on getting the 2nd key fob’, he returns to the room and tells my wife and manger agreeing on a purchase price he left the room to ‘go check something on getting the 2nd key fob’, he returns to the room and tells my wife and I that the general sales manger block the agreement......and increased the price $2k. One of the worst places to get work done on a vehicle ever. Went in for a full service check up knowing it had problems expecting to get back a full list od repairs and instead i got my truck back with ever. No one should have to be put to the mercy of a commercial vehicle being just ok when your not only putting your life at risk but the others around that your suppose to be the one helping. More

I was very pleased with our salesperson, Brian, and the finance guy. They both did an excellent job. The only thing I didn’t like was that the price quoted on the internet for the vehicle I bought was a lo finance guy. They both did an excellent job. The only thing I didn’t like was that the price quoted on the internet for the vehicle I bought was a lot lower than what they would sell it to me for. This was explained in very, very small print in an inconspicuous place. I could have gone somewhere much closer to my home, but didn’t because if that price. I only had this day to buy a vehicle so I went ahead and did it. I just felt it was very deceptive. More
