Lois and the gentleman that signed me in were very prompt, courteous & attentive. They checked on my appointment and double-checked what my appointment was for, which was a re-call and then proceeded prompt, courteous & attentive. Because I live so far away from the dealership, and that we were in 19 degree weather, I opted to wait on the chance it might get done early. One hour & 10 minutes later, Lois came in and had my truck by the door and off I went. This is the reason I have bought 3 trucks from you and have them serviced with you. Update was performed in a timely manner, however when I picked up my pickup I noticed both front windows were halfway down. I then found an e-cigarette in my console cup holder which meant that the mechani picked up my pickup I noticed both front windows were halfway down.
