I’d you are a person like me that appreciates good customer service than don’t bother going here... after this review I posted things went down hill quickly... first, I had to verify with sales rep why I haven’t received anything in the mail or email in regards to loan.. come to find out he was fired.. why oh I’ll tell you why probably because he failed to get the loan properly approved.. second they try I again I’m like ok I’ll go ahead and do more inquiry because it wasn’t anyone’s fault but his for not following up properly.. third the “new” 2020 explorer had already a sensor issue. So it was sent to service. Ok fine right? No not fine the bank didn’t approve the amount so I said fine I’m done trying. So I go back to return the loaner because I’m not a person that would take advantage of anyone. So I get there get my trade in. Call for my down payment return. Guess what they deny the refund because they did work to my explorer.. (trade in) so how is this my fault I not once authorized any of it. Plus who works on a car they don’t own yet without the approval of the owner!? It had a lien still so they didn’t have to do anything! That was on them. If you are reading this let me make the choice for you don’t go to Metro Ford of OKC. Even during covid they prefer to be sharks than an actual small owner dealer.. Choose anywhere else even if you pay more. When dealing with customers non stop this ain’t the way they should be treated. I’ve been with this spot since 2012 when it was David stably and let me tell you after this I’m done! I’d rather over pay. It’s a shame my down payment has to pay for their electricity! Don’t you make enough with the recalled filled cars y’all sell to innocent people that don’t know any better!? It’s a shame. More

My "two" hour tire rotation and oil change turned into a 5 hour event. Then the shuttle forgot to pick me up when it was done, ouch. Forcing me to come the next day using up my lunch break, double ouch. I d 5 hour event. Then the shuttle forgot to pick me up when it was done, ouch. Forcing me to come the next day using up my lunch break, double ouch. I dropped it off at 11 a.m. and did not get it back till 11:30 a.m. the next day. Did not receive a single apology or real explanation for why it took so long. Friendly people, but ill try one of the other Ford dealerships next time. More

Metro Ford was great. Charles Waddle, the sales rep that worked with me was great also. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the vehicles that I was looking at. They even called me the day after I fina worked with me was great also. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the vehicles that I was looking at. They even called me the day after I finalized my deal and told me that they had found me a better finance rate and had new paperwork brought to me to sign. Wonderful overall experience!! More

Giovanni in sales was amazing. Gabriel in finance was very polite and went out of his way to make sure we walk out with the car, he also gave us amazing financial advice. Gabriel and Giovanni gave us such a great experience. Unfortunately, when I came to some repairs on the vehicle, not all of them were completed. When bringing it up to management’s attention all I was told is “I will be right with you”. Approximately 30 minutes later I was still waiting. I ended up leaving and I will be looking to fix those issues elsewhere. More
