When they finally worked on my car, they did a good job, but I brought my car in on a Thursday and they didn't even start on it until Monday and then didn't get it fixed until the following Tuesday. When I asked about a loaner since I would be without a car for 5 days, they said there was a one month waiting list which is the same as saying they don't do loaners because who knows a month in advance that they need a loaner? Charles was great but Gabriel in financing was not. Took him 3 days to get back to me on what they could get me in financing. I went with another bank. Once I told him we were not going with them on the extended warranty his attitude changed with me and my wife. The dealer also would not do anything about a blower motor going out on the truck. Charles is the only reason I'm giving it a two star and not a one. More

They were so helpful to me I needed a new battery and everything checked over. I am now in an assisted living place and it’s very hard for me to drive anywhere.
