I took my Escape in for a second time for an on going problem with a recently replaced battery. Explained the problem to the service advisor (Kevin), and showed him what I had to do to get the car starte problem with a recently replaced battery. Explained the problem to the service advisor (Kevin), and showed him what I had to do to get the car started. After a few hours Kevin called me at home and said they had found the problem to be a loose ground connection at the battery. Sounded like a good diagnosis to me, Much better than the one the first time I brought it in. Seems to be working fine so far. Thanks to Kevin I feel more confident with the repair. More

After multiple visits and issues, and reaching out to management in the past, I'm done with Metro Ford. I bought my truck new from Metro. I've given them chances in the past to address problems, but they don't get it. I've bought new vehicles at other dealerships. This is a competitive industry. Charles was very helpful. Anything I needed or asked for he made sure it happened. Gabriel is great at doing his job. Straightforward on the whole finance process.
