Overall a great car buying experience! The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Only thing negative was the heated seats were wired wrong and required a separate visit to the shop who provid knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Spent 48k and got the service agree. Issue less than week later, schedule app and they tell me to go to another dealer after I spent half day off work To be there and already waited days for appointment week later, schedule app and they tell me to go to another dealer after I spent half day off work To be there and already waited days for appointment. My newEr purchase was unsafe and I was told it had been through an inspection. Bolts on alignment were hand loose and my vehicle nearly pulled me and my family off the road into traffic. I fear my future service. Did I buy a lemon? More

Linda was perfect. I came by on a weekday for a drive thru. She was the only one that came out and asked me if she could help. I took her card and came back the next day, asked for her. She was willing to hunt me one down, and found what I thought I wanted, told me about another style and bought it. Couldn't be more pleased. The buying process is awful but it is awful everywhere.
