Salesman Paul was ok to deal with. Typical car salesman nonsense of back and forth to the manager and calling in favors to get the price to where I wanted to be. Mike Wilkerson in finance was a complete xx nonsense of back and forth to the manager and calling in favors to get the price to where I wanted to be. Mike Wilkerson in finance was a complete xxxxxxx and rude the entire time. Sighed very heavily more than once. I even walked out once and someone else offered to take it over because it was such a horrible experience. Bought the vehicle 09/19 and am still today 10/08 getting calls from the finance department needing documentation or more paperwork. Almost a month later and still having to deal with this nonsense. If you’re in the metro area and have other options I’d shop them well before settling on Metro Ford. More

This last time I took my car in for service was not the best experience. After submitting a complaint and having to take the issue up the chain then my issue was finally resolved. However, I am not sure I can trust the diagnosis and recommendations based on being told one thing on a Friday and then something different on the next Monday. My vehicle inspection reports for those two days were completely different. This makes me question if the service people are trustworthy and wonder if customers are being taken advantage of. More
