Was intersted in a truck on special from online . Even had two other trucks too look at if that one didnt do it for me . Had them give me an estimate on my trade and i have perfect credit . I new the truck was a good deal so i emailed them asking that they confirm the truck was equiped as described at the price listed . I was assured it was by email ! Allso spoke to a different salesman on the phone and asked that he confirm the truck was equiped as decribed , priced as described , and availiable . He texted me back he had his hands on the truck and it was . So instead of makeing money i was off to metro ford to buy a truck ! Looked at the truck and it was missing heated seats , i was assured it had . Not to worry i could have those heated seats for an additional price . Looked at the two other trucks as well but in the end wasnt falling victim to old bait and switch . I even showed the saleslady online where the description said heated seats . She could no longer deny that they misrepresented the truck . SO I LOST MONEY GOING TO BUY A TRUCK AT METRO FORD ! I lost a day and any faith in those folks up there . I made sure twice that truck , equipment , price ! BEWARE! Didnt want anything for free but what they advertised at the advertised price . BEWARE! worked with lee lagan on phone to make sure it was astraight deal , masom spain online to make sure it was a straight deal . Not going to say much about the sales lady she was thrown in there last minute , she was nice . All were nice for that matter . Just seemed like the old bait n switch to me . More
I don’t understand why the $145 diagnostic fee is not waived if the customer agrees to have the work done at the dealership. I effectively paid you to use that time to tell me what other work needs to be waived if the customer agrees to have the work done at the dealership. I effectively paid you to use that time to tell me what other work needs to be done on my car. I appreciate the work, but that tacked-on fee is an insult to injury. It completely makes sense if I were to not get the work done at the dealership. More

An excellent buying experience. Lee was easy to work with an took the time to understand what I needed and then researched the vehicles that were best suited for those needs. Overall our experience has been less than expected. We've not had returned calls. Our salesman wasn't honest and apparently only wanted a sale. We had to purchase brakes (which had we been told we were being charged an outrageous amount we would have taken the car to my dad who is a mechanic). I don't feel we should have paid anything for brakes. That should have been taken care of prior to the car being placed on the lot. We question many things on the car and were told it hadn't been detailed and the stuff would get taken care of, none of it did. I'd give Patrick 100 stars if I could. He has been amazing to work with and very helpful. He has even helped with things he should have never had to handle. He truly wants to do what is right for your customers. More
Had a generally good experience with the body shop, especially Gene. They were repairing my prize gt350 Shelby and, well, it had to be perfect.
