Charles was very helpful. Anything I needed or asked for he made sure it happened. Gabriel is great at doing his job. Straightforward on the whole finance process. Terrible. They told me my car would be ready by September 22nd its now October 13th and they still can't manage to get me my car. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent and the text updates are completely i 22nd its now October 13th and they still can't manage to get me my car. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent and the text updates are completely inadequate. When I try to call I am consistently transferred until I either reach a voice-mail or am simply disconnected. I don't know if this stems from the management or just bad employees but it needs to be fixed. More
