Overall our experience has been less than expected. We've not had returned calls. Our salesman wasn't honest and apparently only wanted a sale. We had to purchase brakes (which had we been told we were being charged an outrageous amount we would have taken the car to my dad who is a mechanic). I don't feel we should have paid anything for brakes. That should have been taken care of prior to the car being placed on the lot. We question many things on the car and were told it hadn't been detailed and the stuff would get taken care of, none of it did. I'd give Patrick 100 stars if I could. He has been amazing to work with and very helpful. He has even helped with things he should have never had to handle. He truly wants to do what is right for your customers. More
I've been coming to Metro Ford OKC for over 2 years now. The service of the customer service has gone south since the recent change of representatives. The last few times have made me question if I want to come back. The customer/employee relation isn't there like it was give or take a year ago. One instant I took my car to get its oil changed and whoever changed my oil left mud in my car, another instant the oil life was not reset on the car itself and that made me question if the job is being done. Finally a third instant that occurred on 09/28/2020 the oil was changed and the sticker that indicates when the car is due back again for another change was not put on the car. At this point, this is 3 incidents that have occurred back to back and I no longer feel comfortable with the effectiveness of the work with Metro Ford OKC. More
